Important COVID-19 Message from DAQ

A note from DAQ regarding our proactive measures against COVID-19

To DAQ Customers, Suppliers, and Partners:

During this emerging global crisis, the health and safety of DAQ’s employees, customers and business partners is our primary concern. To this end, we will continuously adjust our policies and operations using guidance from the CDC, the WHO, and local and national leadership. As recent “shelter from home” orders have been implemented in New Jersey, we want to confirm that DAQ is designated by Governor Murphy’s Executive Order No. 107 as an essential business, serving several critical infrastructure sectors and the U.S. military. As such, DAQ will remain open for business.

Please be aware that we are taking significant steps to protect our employees, customers, vendors, partners and their families, while still ensuring we can meet the ongoing product and support needs of our customers, and that these changes may impact the way you communicate and interact with us:

  • To reduce the number of people in our office space, we have equipped a significant percentage of our workforce with the means to work from home – to limit disruptions, we have taken steps to test our infrastructure and IT systems while phasing our employees into this new work format

  • For employees that remain working in our office areas and on our production floor, we have implemented strict social distancing into all workspace layouts and employee interactions, while also adding new cleaning procedures and policies

  • DAQ is no longer allowing visitors into our offices or production areas unless absolutely necessary for continued business operations

  • All company business travel has been suspended, including trade shows and customer/end-user training sessions

At this time, we do not foresee any issues with obtaining parts/supplies, fulfilling orders, and providing our usual high standard of technical support. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and inform you of any further changes, as necessary.

How best to contact DAQ moving forward

With the understanding that many of our employees will be working from home for the time being, the best way to contact individuals or specific departments will likely be via email. If you need technical assistance, please visit the help desk resources listed below and submit a trouble ticket:

As all employees remain connected to our email system, you can contact specific individuals at their normal DAQ address. If you do not have a direct contact, please use one of the following mailboxes:

Please stay safe,

David Green, President
